Makhani Maggi

Makhani Maggi 

Serves: 3 people


Ingredients-

Makhani Gravy

  1. Tomatoes- 3 no.
  2. Green Chillies- 1 no.
  3. Chilli Powder-1 tsp
  4. Cloves- 3 no.
  5. Green Cardamom- 3 no
  6. Cinnamon-1 inch
  7. Black Pepper-3-4 no
  8. Ginger- 1 inch
  9. Garlic-3-4 pods
  10. Butter-1 spoon
  11. Cashew Nuts- 1 tbsp
  12. Salt- As required
  13. Water- As required
  14. Maggi Masala-3 packets(optional)

Veggie/Paneer/Chicken Mix-

  1. Chopped Carrot-1/4 cup
  2. Chopped Beans-1/4 cup
  3. Paneer Cubes-1/4 cup

Maggi-

  1. Maggi- 3 packets
  2. Maggi Masala- 3 packets

Ingredients-

Makhani Gravy

  1. Cut Tomatoes into big dices.
  2. Add Tomatoes, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Cloves, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Butter, Salt and Water to a Pan.
  3. Let it cook for 15 minutes.
  4. Let it cook.
  5. Make a Puree of the Makhani Gravy.

Veggie Mix- 

  1. Add some butter to the pan.
  2. Add carrots.
  3. Add beans.
  4. Let it cook for a while.
  5. Add paneer, saute it.
  6. Take out on a plate.

Maggi-

  1. Add the Puree into the Pan.
  2. Add 1 cup of extra water into it.
  3. Add the Maggi Masala.
  4. When the water starts boiling, add the Maggi.
  5. When the MAggi becomes half cooked, add Veggie-Paneer Mix.
  6. Let it cook,.
  7. And then, your Makhani Maggi is done!
