Makhani Maggi
Serves: 3 people
Ingredients-
Makhani Gravy
- Tomatoes- 3 no.
- Green Chillies- 1 no.
- Chilli Powder-1 tsp
- Cloves- 3 no.
- Green Cardamom- 3 no
- Cinnamon-1 inch
- Black Pepper-3-4 no
- Ginger- 1 inch
- Garlic-3-4 pods
- Butter-1 spoon
- Cashew Nuts- 1 tbsp
- Salt- As required
- Water- As required
- Maggi Masala-3 packets(optional)
Veggie/Paneer/Chicken Mix-
- Chopped Carrot-1/4 cup
- Chopped Beans-1/4 cup
- Paneer Cubes-1/4 cup
Maggi-
- Maggi- 3 packets
- Maggi Masala- 3 packets
Ingredients-
Makhani Gravy
- Cut Tomatoes into big dices.
- Add Tomatoes, Ginger, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Cloves, Cinnamon, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Butter, Salt and Water to a Pan.
- Let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Let it cook.
- Make a Puree of the Makhani Gravy.
Veggie Mix-
- Add some butter to the pan.
- Add carrots.
- Add beans.
- Let it cook for a while.
- Add paneer, saute it.
- Take out on a plate.
Maggi-
- Add the Puree into the Pan.
- Add 1 cup of extra water into it.
- Add the Maggi Masala.
- When the water starts boiling, add the Maggi.
- When the MAggi becomes half cooked, add Veggie-Paneer Mix.
- Let it cook,.
- And then, your Makhani Maggi is done!
