Chicken Malai Tikka

Ingredients-
- Chicken-150 g
- Cream/Malai- 4 tbsp
- Ginger-Garlic Paste- 2 tbsp
- Chillies- 4 no.
- Oil-2 tsp
- Salt- As required
- Turmeric-1 tsp
- Coriander Powder-1 tsp
- Chilli Powder(optional)-1 tsp
Method-
- Wash and clean the chicken pieces.
- Add salt, turmeric powder, lemon juice and oil to the chicken and mix well.
- In another bowl, take Cream, add chopped chillies, coriander powder, chilli powder and mix well.
- Add the marinated chicken to this mixture and leave it for a minimum of 2 hours.
- Preheat the Oven at 200 degree Celsius.
- Brush the Griller with Oil.
- Place the Chicken Pieces on the Griller and let it cook at 200 degree celsius for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes, turn the chicken pieces and grill it again for 15 minutes.
- Insert a knife to check if the chicken pieces are cooked. If you see juices coming out when you insert a knife is an indication that your chicken is properly cooked.
- Serve it with Green Chutney and Onion Slices.
Things to keep in mind while making Chicken Malai Tikka
- You can also use an oven to make these Malai Tikkas, but the taste might differ.
- Marinating the Chicken Pieces overnight gives the best taste.
