Baked Potato Wedges

My mom loves Food a lot. So this Mother's Day, I decided to cook something for healthy for her. But sadly,we didn't have much ingredients at our house except lots of Potatoes. So, I made Baked Potato Wedges out of those potatoes. The recipe is below:

Baked Potato Wedges

Ingredients-

  1. Potatoes-3 no
  2. Salt-2 tsp
  3. Pepper-1/2 tsp
  4. Cornflour-1 tbsp
  5. Refined Flour-2 tbsp
  6. Oil/Butter- To grease the Baking Tray

Method-

  1. Wash the potatoes properly.
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and keep it in a bowl of water.
  3. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
  4. Toss the Potatoes in this mixture.
  5. Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.
  6. Grease the baking tray and arrange the Potato Wedges.
  7. Bake this at 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.(Remember to turn the potatoes halfway, so that it doesn't burn)
  8. After 30 minutes, if you feel the wedges aren't crispy enough, turn off the oven and keep the baking tray inside it for another 10 minutes.
  9. Serve it with Sauce.
