Baked Potato Wedges

My mom loves Food a lot. So this Mother's Day, I decided to cook something for healthy for her. But sadly,we didn't have much ingredients at our house except lots of Potatoes. So, I made Baked Potato Wedges out of those potatoes. The recipe is below:

Ingredients-
- Potatoes-3 no
- Salt-2 tsp
- Pepper-1/2 tsp
- Cornflour-1 tbsp
- Refined Flour-2 tbsp
- Oil/Butter- To grease the Baking Tray
Method-
- Wash the potatoes properly.
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and keep it in a bowl of water.
- In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients.
- Toss the Potatoes in this mixture.
- Preheat the oven at 180 degree Celsius.
- Grease the baking tray and arrange the Potato Wedges.
- Bake this at 180 degree Celsius for 30 minutes.(Remember to turn the potatoes halfway, so that it doesn't burn)
- After 30 minutes, if you feel the wedges aren't crispy enough, turn off the oven and keep the baking tray inside it for another 10 minutes.
- Serve it with Sauce.
