Masala Oats

Serves-3 people

Ingredients

  1. Onion - 1/2 cup
  2. Carrots -1/2 cup
  3. Potatoes - 1/2 cup
  4. Green Chillies - 1 tbsp
  5. Sweet Corn - 1/4 cup
  6. Oil - 1 tsp
  7. Salt- As per your taste
  8. Pepper- 2 tsp
  9. Oats- 1 cup
  10. Water- 2 cups
  11. Tomato Ketchup-2 tbsp
  12. Sprouts-1 tsp

Method-

  1. Chop the Veggies.
  2. Add oil in a pan.
  3. Add the onions,chillies, potatoes, carrots , sweet corn and salt and cook it till the veggies are cooked.
  4. Take it out in a bowl/plate.
  5. In the same pan, boil water.
  6. Add Oats into it. (Make sure it mix it continuously)
  7. Add Black Pepper.
  8. Add the Veggies back into the oats.
  9. Then add the Tomato Ketchup.
  10. Garnish with Sprouts.
